Working type herding dogs who get OCD drive themselves insane. They need some work and if it gets worse a specialist dog behaviourist who knows that exact behaviour inside and out. It doesn't get better otherwise.

I mean on the bright side maybe she's just barking at her reflection like some dogs back at mirrors to begin with.
For a start if it doesn't stop in a day or two move your TV up so it can't happen. The more it happens the worse it gets if it's OCD.

Collie type herding dog? If yes then ouch. Could be OCD behaviour if she's started reacting to shadows and reflections. That's high level stuff.
Have you ever used a laser pointer as a play toy? If yes don't.
He's ACD mix. He was fixating on shadows at night at first but I haven't noticed it for a few weeks. No laser pointer. He wags his tail sometimes when he's barking at the tv. I've been covering it with a blanket when he starts.

Limitation is good e.g. blanket. You may want to speak to someone at the rescue about if they are affiliated with a reputable dog behaviourist who is experienced with herding breeds and OCD. It won't go away sadly, it needs proper intervention.
