Actually it's weird and I didn't know this before.

It's chartered in NY. Afaik to dissolve a chartered organization requires an act of the legislature. It's also incorporated in VA. The subsidiaries are all also incorporated in VA and OH. Registered in NY of course.

Like he could suspend their ability to operate in NY but they could still do stuff everywhere else. It's an election year. NY politics goes crazy for elections then nothing happens. I'm a native. They promised to dissolve that village of Jews on LI too and it never happened.
