Devin Nunes is a real asshole, too. Just mention his name around scientists who work for USGS, DWR or anyone involved in California water management and guaranteed they'll go on a rant.
Reject science, propose laws that bypass environmental legislation just so a small handful of farms in the San Joaquin valley (including his own) can have a guaranteed amount of water during a fucking drought, and pretty much obliterate the population of salmon in the Sacramento delta as a result.
