That works too. Oilbased paints are on their way out, too much gov't regulation.

I reccomend a semi gloss or satin for the bathroom. MY parents painted their back one with gloss .. now there are streaks from teh ceiling down. Where when someone takes ashower and it gets foggy in there .. and it collects, then rolls down the wall .. it leaves marks.

It looks wretched. I'm glad it's the back bathroom where no one but us ever sees it.

How do you figure that? You aren't regulated/forced to take them. You can not ever take them and just deal with the pain if you so choose. But you can't over take them. Law says so.
