Halp Oh. Hi. I'm here for the attention.

I don't really eat that much, but I eat right. Fiber, vitamin enriched foods (excluding vegetables) a lot of fruits, the less sugar the better, my proteins and I exercise regularly. I think it's the fiber that really gets my poop chute moving.
I have no idea what my diet consists of.

Right now water, coffee, cigarettes, salad and fruit.

Its very balanced.
