I remember my aunt and uncle (one of my many aunts and uncles) getting married in a court. they had this small booth with glass windows, enough room for about 5 people to stand in with a very small desk in front of the two getting hitched. She wore a blue dress with flowers on it and he wore jeans and a button up shirt. There was nothing formal about it. There was nothing romantic, nothing even remotely suggestive of a partnership. It was the most bland thing I've ever seen. 8 years later, I went to the DMV to get my license and THAT was more exciting than this "wedding" was.
