Lappy is now sticker free since it's out of it's return period. As for preinstalled, ya, it had progs installed out of the box, most of which I wiped and tossed the recovery CD back in the box. Quicktime I still use for watching movie trailers on the apple site. Just never bothered to go in and mess with startup items. I don't really care. My desktop's cutomised nicely, but the lappy is just a utility I use for webbrowsing and WoW.
