So at gym, I notice that when I run that my left leg seems to fly around a bit. Doesn't go in a straight line like my right leg. Its quite embarassing even though I dont see people pointing and laughing, it makes me feel weird. Doesnt hurt, and doesnt happen when I walk fast/slow. Only when I run and especially when I get tired in the end.
Any thoughts on how to correct this? It does make me run a bit faster so I can finish my workout quicker but it makes me want to do less cardio, which is something I am trying to improve.
