So at gym, I notice that when I run that my left leg seems to fly around a bit. Doesn't go in a straight line like my right leg. Its quite embarassing even though I dont see people pointing and laughing, it makes me feel weird. Doesnt hurt, and doesnt happen when I walk fast/slow. Only when I run and especially when I get tired in the end.

Any thoughts on how to correct this? It does make me run a bit faster so I can finish my workout quicker but it makes me want to do less cardio, which is something I am trying to improve.
 
where do you work out? I will be sure to come and visit and assure that everyone notices this...

At least you go to the gym. I've been meaning to start working out, but find myself far too busy far too often, so nothing really gets done.
