The wife cooked in restaurant kitchens for many years and she's all over thisThat seems completely redick.
Only complaint is it's so fucking big for what we need, it's heavy and annoying to move and takes up too much space and we have no good-of-the-way place to put it. We'll probably sell it after using it a half dozen times and either get a smaller one, or spend the money on some other stupid piece of restaurant equipment.
