Here I am 3 months post op and 56lbs lighter and still look horrible!

Well I was shooting for 180lbs as of this morning I'm 238, so I'm gonna see how it goes.

I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks due to being sick and some issues with my stomach. I think I have a hernia so I'm taking it easy on weights but gonna start back tonight for cardio.


LOL yes black nails, and no I don't cut myself I'm not emo!! Just a bad ass rocker!

Well after surgery I can't drink soda, so it's only water or milk for me.


April never had a problem with that before, it's big enough.
