I know that at one point there was a rash of games getting reviewed and bashed on Steam. Considering how many times this has been pushed back, I could see them not allowing the reviews to be published yet.

Well, its CDPR doing it, and they keep pushing it back because it isn't up to their standards. I don't think it will be bad.
