Hawt Fitness V. 28

Somehow, over the past week and a half, I've managed to drop 12 lbs.

Well, not somehow, radically changes my diet to be along the lines of chicken breasts and spinach salads for dinner, more fruits and vegetables in my diet, and just better healthier food choices. My tastebuds weep.

That and more time at the gym. It's interesting how motivating a trip back to see people you haven't seen in ages can be (heading to Denver in mid May).
