Finally arrived, thanks to zengoat

The only reason the trees and bark is out front of the fence is that the county makes us set back fences 20'. I would have loved for that all to be fenced yard for the kids to play in.

is that some sort of drunk driver buffer zone? :D
 
Every state offers it through a university. I went to my county extention office to find out when the classes were. They were offered through Washington State University but, with a local class. It was $45 and lasted 12 weeks, 8 hours a day every friday. I had to change my work shift for 3 months to get it done. Lots of information but no test at the end. Then you need to volunteer a certain number of hours every year at things like the county fair and such, as well as a certain number of hours of continuing education. I didn't volunteer at all this year so, I will not have a valid cert next year.
