We went out to the Coronado national monument yesterday for a picnic with all the car clubs, and the smoke in the air felt like being under a giant magnifying glass. The fact that Coronado is flat as a pancake with almost no shade didn't help much.

My previous house was about 500 feet away from Woodward Dream Cruisewhich runs out from Detroit for about 20 miles of this. Try that shit with heavy humidity. But yeah, NM sun is intense!
