Stunning that kid got away "on foot" according to the police commish with all that police, FBI, and military surrounding that area. He has to be holed up in that area somewhere.

What I want to know is if they were chasing them, how did they lose them? He apparently took off in the SUV again, but you figure they would have been able to chase him again.

Welp looks like the got him about a block away from where the press was staging. "Suspect is alive, surrounded, and still moving" according to a llocal news report. Looks like a standoff.
