I'm an admin on all the accounts for the telcos and I added unlimited texting to mine...someone in accounting screwed me and turned it off...one of my buddies I added it for still has his on and he busts my balls about it all the time

Long story, but BB Desktop service can somehow mix up data from multiple profiles when doing back ups from multiple devices on the same laptop when using BBES.
