Built up intolerance of some sort? The fuzzy tongue thing actually is kind of concerning to me. That's usually a sign of an allergy or something else bigger than just not being able to eat them anymore.

My onion issue wasn't all that bad as a child. As I got to be a teen it got worse and by my early 20s I knew I had a huge problem. As a kid the smell of onions was welcomed to me. Now I have to leave the room if raw onions are cut because I get a headache
