Anyone have a good bison recipe?

I still need to make my invention...the surf & turfucken

stuff crab into a lobster tail and then stuff that inside a huge MR steak filet :drool:
 
After seein TONS of filthy lamb ass in Scotland, I'd tend to agree with ya there.

(I usually only see them all cleaned up for state fairs 'round these parts)

"Oh, look at the cute lil' lam.........OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT GREEN GUNK POURING OUT OF IT'S BUTT!"
