Anyone have a good bison recipe?

you always add an egg to your hamburger meat woman

pfft. you've never had one of my patented tasty burgers then. No bread filling or egg for moisture. Just my secret blend of man juice.

Anyhoo, back on point... how do i cook me some bison?
 
1/4th cup of water and 1 egg per pound of meat. 1teaspoon mix of kosher sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

I also like to sub mrs. dash for those who are sodium watchers.
