All is promised answered within the first 6 episodes. There also is supposed to be no break or reruns. All episodes are currently scheduled to run in order, start to finish.Still trying to reconcile with the fans insatiable appetite for information, the producers of LOST have stuck their necks out a little and released a partial list of the mysteries that will be addressed in season three of LOST:
1. Who are the others?
We'll know where they came from, where they live, and what they are doing. Are they as central to the mystery of the island as we think they are? Or just another contingent of the LOST?
2. Who does Kate have the hots for, Jack or Sawyer?
3. Why is Locke in the wheel chair?
4. Who is the father of Sun's baby?
5. What happened to the hatch?
Bright lights, lots of noise, stuff falling from the sky, LOST producers promise to close the lid on the hatch once and for all.
6. Did Michael and Walt escape?
7. Who is Libby?
8. Is Claire Jack's half-sister?
Me too, and Shark, Smith, and Justice.
why did it resize
Just so you know, producers have already promised the following questions to be answered

Boooooo! They were saying a couple of months ago they were going to run them all together.Actually what I read this morning said that there will be 6 back to back episodes and then a long break with the rest of the season picking up and finally ending in May. The first 6 episodes are supposed to be like a mini-series before the remainder of the season picks up in 2007
OMG LOST IS ON TONIGHT!!!1
I can't wait. It's the one show I'm guilty of following religiously.

The original plan for season 3 was 3 6-episode mini seasons. Then the producers decided they wanted all episodes back to back, in part because of fan complaints and in part from competition from 24. They were playing hardball with ABC and made it sound like it was a done deal. Now they're back to this? Bah.Nope, 6 back to back episodes and then a break.

FWIW, if anyone cares what happened with the Lost Experience ARG, I'll tell you. It was really a waste of time though and in the end didn't tell you much more about the show or the Hanso Foundation than you could have already guessed.
Agreed, though the pieced together video is worth watching.
