I've probably deleted 1/3 of the apps mine came with. I'll never miss their shit-hole games.

I deleted all those default games. I now have a game boy emulator on my phone. I don't use it but my son loves it.

Depends on the type of notes... Evernote for recipes and long lists to share. Google Keep for checklists and small notes.
