I was about ready to call it, but some hot sake has perked me back up.

Been awake for 19 hours, drinking for 17.
I'm just saying, as a former alcoholic, drinking that long is gonna make you feel like shit. You're depleting massive amounts of b-complex vitamins. I'd take a b complex and some kinda anti oxident before bed.

Water, liquid IV, 2x B complex dose, and valerian root tea.

Mornings are fueled by adderall, coffee, vodka, and coconut water.

Being an old drunk requires a fair bit of planning.

Just a tick over 87 hours drunk so far on this stretch, will have to come down on Sunday.

Yeah. I like a king sized almond Snickers bar and whole milk in the morning but that's me.

You could also try milk thistle and/or dandelion root, they both have phytochemicals that promote liver health, and diruretic effects.
