i let her move in two years ago when she was having problems with her apartment manager (note it wasn't her fault the guy was fucked up)

i said she could stay a year

it's been over two

shes on a disability retirement with the gov, has mental issues, her retirement was cut so she says she can't afford to live on her own

i tell her to get a part time job she says she has tried

i'm at a loss, i mean i will never actually kick her out because she is my moms but she srsly is driving me nutters, i can't get her to leave
