Ontopic Any thought on the USPS potentially shutting down?

I think I would rather live in a box in Atlanta than Houston

To be honest, waw's pad is pretty epic, and the city is kinda badass. but chim and I have work in Houston, so I will take that place over Atlanta any day

you live in the suburbs in an apt made of cardboard that's only 5 years old. I live downtown in a 98 year old historic building made of marble, granite and brass. :p

Hey everyone, watch me one up WaW!

I lived in a building in Copenhagen that was 200+ years old. BOOOYAAA!!!

Doesn't it have the address there? 29 Silkeborggade. I thought the link took you straight ot it. Blue door, with '29' at the top of the door.

hah. it was a nice side effect that just came along with the circumstances. my new place is already up 8% in value in just 1 year due to buying at the absolute bottom of the market.
according to zillow anyway.

Zillows prices have never been very close to actual market value. It got remarked on often when I was working Real Estate. You are better off using the tax code estimates from your county tax accessor.
