No, although my naughty bits don't rise to the occasion and salute anymore. I think it's too much soy and not enough energy stores to be bothered.

Breakfast: one serving Slim Fast powder + 4oz water + 4oz light soy milk + half serving whey protein powder.

Lunch: same as breakfast

1 to 3 litres of water throughout the day.

Dinner: Fresh, natural ingredients, homecooked meals. For instance two nights ago with guests I had homemade tabbouleh, hummus, wheat-free pitas, Afghan style rice (veggie style). Water of course.

I am trying to cut back my alcohol intake but it isn't very successful.

Without the drinks I am looking around 1000 Calories a day, if not less.
