What's for dinner?

I guess PT isn't much of a cook?

It's a foreign thing, really.

It's not widley known in Oz. When I made it for his mom and dad, they didn't know much about cooking with it, or eating it, really, but loved it. That was the seafood version, tho.

Saturday, I'm cooking a 7-course dinner for eight people. I'll take pics if I can remember to.

I've had that dish many times growing up at home.. Maybe we just called it something different..

Being a single guy that cooks, you get lots of leftovers. Ain't a lot of single serving shit (at least not that involves real cooking).

So I have 2 chicken terriaki breasts left, plus a bunch of wild rice with corn mixed in (saved using a separate tupperware for both ) that will probably make up tonight thursday. Wednesday I kill off the last of the spicey italian sausage I have and the home made tomato and basil marina.

I need to buy me a noodle maker though. Seeing those linguine noodles April made has me hungry.

heck yeah, duke.. even two of us we eat a lot of leftovers.

yup, I usually take them into work the next day for lunch.

Duke, get a hand-crank pasta machine, they're like $20, and it's super easy to do, just takes some time, but it's so worth it. It dries pretty well, so you can keep it for a few meals.
