as a matter of fact I do...I get mine downstairs done crispy but not burnt but there's always a little char when you get it done like that
 
Most pizza sauce recipes I have seen add sugar in pinches to cut the acidity of the tomatos. Papa Johns just has more that an pinch.

Also I agree with Coqui, best of the chains.
