Damn, this salsa is spicy.

I have never eaten from an authentic roach coach and today shant be the day I break that streak...do you not have good mexican restaurants up there?

There are some that are so-so. There's one near my house that's fucking awesome... it's like gourmet mexican, if you can believe such a thing.

Oddly enough there were way more mexican restaurants in Cincinnati.

PS. Casa Bonita != mexican, although having a man cliff dive off a 30 foot cliff in front of your table is kinda cool.

Blue Bonnet makes the best margarita's in Denver, but the Morrison Inn has the most amazing selection ever. The Rio Grande (denver, boulder, fort collins) makes the strongest, most ass kicking-ist, frozen strawberry margarita ever. 2 marg max. They stick very tight to that rule.

Best mexican food you will find in the us - CO, NM, AZ, TX, & CA.

Everything else is kind of a shadow.

Fuck I would kill for some good mexican food, the only thing decent around here is made in my own kitchen. Everything else is a friggin joke.

every kitchen in this city is staffed by mexicans that can barely speak english...dunno where you got mexicants from

If it isn't Carmelita Nunez's mom's kitchen, IT SUCKS!

Her mom was hands down awesome.

Being the only white boy spending time with the ENTIRE Nunez clan... intimidating.

Think of 'Two to Tango', with me being the Mathew Perry in that scenario, with the exception of me having not knocked up Carmelita.

yes, it's all a big conspiracy

all I'm saying is we do have some really good mexican joints here...you just haven't been to them

I'm just saying. It would be like me saying 'We've got black people in Colorado, so we've obviously got awesome BBQ places'.

Nope. I ate BBQ in MS and GA, and hands down, those people know how to cook it. CO doesn't come close. Or like saying Denver's South American joints are awesome. They ain't. Nothing like a good Brazillian or Columbian place in South Florida.

You might have good mexican joints in ATL, sure. But the fact is, unless you have lived in the west (not just visited), you will not have had Great Mexican food. It doesn't matter than you have mexi's in ga, it's not the same as how they make it out west.

it's the same argument you are making, I was illustrating a point...one of my favorite bbq joints here is run/cooked by 2 brothers from texas...so is it inferior to tx bbq because they are making it in GA? obviously not

Being mexican doesnt change how the food tastes... True story. Best greek food I've ever had was in WISCONSIN, in an area that was primarily dutch. Tasted loads better than anything I've ever had at the local greek festival here.

We have damn good bagels here from a diner run by mexicans.
