Damn, this salsa is spicy.

I so rarely free weight dead lift or squat that they really aren't that high (so at or around my body weight). I'm so paranoid about injury I really don't push myself for high numbers.

Work on your form. Once you do that, and start squatting heavy, all three of your lifts will explode in terms of weight. Best way I can describe the form to not injure yourself is to arch your back as much as possible, then at the same time, tense your abs to the point they push back the arch. You have to find the level you need so your back isn't arched too much but it doesn't bow.
