Well, our house is (nearly) complete!!! We close on Tuesday, we went in for our walkthrough yesterday, and aside from a few things, we’re all ready to move in!!!

This is the front of the house a few weeks ago, we have since gotten gutters, a red front door and door hardware, a driveway and sidewalks, and they grated the yard. Our sod gets installed on Tuesday.
Inside the house, this is the foyer from the stairs

This is as you walk into the front door, what you see:
The tile is my favorite thing… You can see the stairs to the left, the powder room to the right, the hallway leading to the laundry room and the den, and then the kitchen area and the family room.
This is the lower level powder room
This is the hallway leading to the laundry room and Ryan’s den:
You can see his electric blue carpeting in there, he picked that because it’s the same color as his WRX. To the left is our family room and the fireplace with the travertine surround. To the right is the laundry room and another closet

Through that doorway is the dining room and the formal living room, this is the view from the dining room (my back yard)
and this is the view from my front formal living room looking at the foyer, powder room and upstairs
Once we go upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bath, and then the master suite with the master bath (total of 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath)
This is my brother’s bathroom upstairs
All of the extra bedrooms face the back of the house. This is our bedroom. It’s over the garage and has an excellent view of our neighbor’s houses. Our bedroom is bigger than the livingroom/diningroom combo in my apartment right now. It’s 19x12
and our bathroom, complete with dual sink vanity, whirlpool tub, ceramic tile, a stand alone shower and a separate toilet room:
I love the toilet room. That’s awesome!
