It twas a fight for freedom from oppression. Basically I fucked up and paid a lot of money to get out of it.

At 19 I was finishing up my freshman year in Southern Colorado, then I came home, couldn't afford to go back, transferred to a community college, worked and went to school full time, met Knyte, got engaged, and then dropped out of college (okay at the end of the year anyway). It was a busy year.

Cause I got married and then my parents wouldn't pay for college anymore. I spent the entire second year taking just art classes anyway, so it would have taken another year of boring classes to even get an associates, and I didn't care that much.
I would love school if I went only to art classes.
The real reason is because I'm old skool and made her drop out. The woman's place is in the home.
What if something bad happens to you. Don't get me started on this... she needs schooling just in case she has to bring home the bacon one day. Gosh.

I would love to go back and take a class or two here and there, but they would never amount to a degree, just more art classes. Maybe someday it will work out, but not right now while Knyte is going to be going to school and working full time and me taking care of kids. His schooling is more important so I'll worry about it after that.

I understand your point but basically this long out of school (even had she graduated) with little to no work experience, she would be in the same boat as if she dropped out. So it really isn't hurting them.
