Attention 360 geeks

If you complete the vampire cure quest, you can keep going to the count and receive your reward over and over and over. That's 5000 each pop.

Or you could use the arrow dupe trick to copy any item in your inventory and not have to mess with that quest at all.

Did anyone ever do the magical paintbrush ladder trick? If you drop paint brushes they float, so you could jump onto one, drop another and keep going up the sides of buildings, into the air away from enemies, etc. Funny stuff.

I haven't tried that. I saw a screen cap of some guy who made a ladder all the way to the top of this tower though, it was insane.

No, but I managed to get outside a walled city without going through the gates.
I was just running around the terrain with nothing loaded on it but basic color.
No water, no trees, no animals...pretty weird.

I don't know the arrow dupe trick?

Arm a bow and arrow. Draw an arrow, then go to your inventory without firing. Immediately try to drop the arrows you are using TWICE. It won't let you. Then drop the item you want to duplicate. Leave the inventory menu. When you get back in game, the item you dropped will duplicate to the number of arrows you have.

Woah!

That sure would have helped with that whole Nirnroot business!!!!!

You just have to be very exact about what you're doing. If you do it out of order or add any extra button presses on accident, you have to start over again.

I used it to dupe health potions when I'm deep in a dungeon and don't feel like backtracking. It's also nice for soul gems.

Worst fucking quest in the game. It actually made me mad it was so ridiculous.

no, the worst quest in the whole game is the paranoid guy who asks you to tail people because he thinks they're plotting against him. when i got to the end of that little quest i was so angry i was actually yelling at the monitor.

When I joined the mages guild I made a staff for trapping souls but I only got it to work once. It's really neat that the arrow cheat works but besides the money cheat (which I didn't use until after I completed the main quest) I don't really like cheats.

You're right though, that would have worked well for health potions, I was stuck with the restoration spells and regaining health 8 points at a time LOL

Although I have mostly been okay using sneak attacks and arrows or staffs. The Apothesis staff kicks butt but since I don't do the soul trapping, I have to travel to a city and pay for it to be recharged all the time. I know I do stuff the hard way but this is the first game I've ever really played so I guess I'm playing to the beat of my own drum.

Oh I never did that one. I killed that guy right after talking to him and ate his liver.

hahahahhhaa

You didn't even have to tail the people, just go back to him pretending like you did.. he was so crazy he didn't know the difference.

Yeah, I realized that after I tailed the first two all day long. I just skipped past the third. What a stupid fucking quest.

I just hated the oblivion gates I always got so freakin lost even though they all looked alike. It was like doing the same quest 16 times, just totally sucked. And any time I would have to fight alongside someone I'd always end up killing them.

I think I ended up killing Martin about 7 times and had to start over before I finally didn't.

Will this work in the PC version?
