I remember AIM/Yahoo Chat.

I also remember when a BBS was a form of social media. That and downloading porn on a 2.4k modem.

24kbps probably. It was baud before that.

I remember saving porn off on 3.5 inch floppies and selling them when jpg was new and you could actually fit a few images on a disk rather than just 1 bmp or gif (not the moving kind). Mostly celebrity photoshop fakes if i remember right.

Sounds like a predecessor to "Unnecessary Censoring" which used blurred out spots to make an image look like a porn shoot.
