Food TV shows that you may not be watching but should be

The part you can’t see is her park is literally across from a mall and shopping center. Right off a highway. Every time we would drive by the sign our thought was always who in the fuck would go to a place like that by a mall and a highway. It can’t be good. I’m willing to bet you 99% of people in Tampa have never been there. At best they’ve just heard of it before. I don’t know a single person who’s ever been.
We've been twice. It was very educational and they push animal rights advocacy.

I haven't seen the show, but what I've heard conflicts with what I've seen IRL.

I didn't get the impression that anyone actually gave a flying fuck about any of the animals. They all cared about the money the animals generate.

I somewhat judge those places on PETA. We have a huge one north of Denver that a lot of the tigers from his place got sent. It’s a fully PETA friendly place. They work together to pull animals from other places inc the US. Hers is like the others where PETA is all over them as well for mistreatment and only in it for the money. The made an interesting point on the news here about it. They said if all these places especially her are really in it to stop people from owning them then watch what would happen if the Gov told them we hear your push and we agree that this cannot happen any more. And we out banning them but that includes yours as well. You would almost all of them fight it because it’s not about the animals it’s about the money. Even on the show the had s bunch of instructional videos she made when they opened they Big Cat Rescue showing how to create a business around cub petting and exploiting the cats. So she’s better at putting on a fake front to people but she’s doing the same thing.

BCR advocacy was for the protection of big cats from performance, ownership, and Cub petting. From what I understand, she only makes a small salary so she's not in it for the money.

They were showing the reported venues from there averaging like 4-5 mil every year and when asked about their books they couldn’t show that money was going to the rescue and not them. They had a gov report showing from 04-18 they only had 6.7 mil in costs for the animals but made over 37 mil during that time period. There were entire portions showing how they utilize free labor to pocket more money. And like I said they showed actual videos of her that she made that they sold through BCR showing how to set up a cub petting operation. That’s what BCR is so mad about with NetFlix because they showed stuff they are claiming was in confidence and the film makers responded with we were there making a movie and you guys gave us all of this footage and interviews. What did you think we were going to do with it. They are just super pissed they focused on the open case that she killed her husband. And because of the show Hillsborough county Sheriff is focusing on the case again.

When they started her and her first husband were breeding cats and selling them. She put out videos talking about the joys of owning exotic pets.

Ebit: Also what Flop said.

Westworld lost me. It's story line seems shallow and it's as if they are just spitting out a generic episode each week.

Watched a good documentary on EDM, called What We Started. It's good but it's only telling the stories of a hand full of people in the EDM industry. There's soooooo much they didn't cover.

I'm going to stop watching TV because I've started gaining weight back.
Back on the bike. I'll try and keep TV watching down to about an hour every other night. I have to watch Sol tonight then hit reset on my routine.

I finally watched this yesterday. What a fucking train wreck 😂

@APRIL the "rescue" isn't much of a rescue unfortunately imo. The animals aren't really living in any better conditions than they are in the parks that crazy bitch is trying to shut down.
Ummm, we've actually been there and they totally are. Especially considering some of the places basically store them in a wire coffin.
