Which nut has the healthiest fat ratio? I thought it was walnuts but I might be wrong.

Baked em in the oven in the shell and ate on them for like a week

Coyple years back Dad started to trade with a farmer down the road. He could come hunt on Dad's land, Dad got some of the meat and whatever crops the farmer felt like dropping off when he came over. Actually quite tasty. Obviously substitute out the whole milk. Konjac powder(google it, I gotta run here) to replace the egg. Red lentils might be better, little less earthy tasting, imo.
Don't cook them so long. I often cook mine in veggie broth too. depending on what I'm using them for.mine are always mushy so i eat beans instead
