That said, I do *sorta* feel bad for the people who happened to grow up in a culture where sexual harassment and coercion were okay are now being persecuted for something that was the status quo at the time. However, their persecution is hopefully the price we pay for women to never have to deal with this shit again in the future.

Sure there are some dumb and naive actors who think it's their talent which drives them to the top. I imagine many of them hear the demands for sexual favors and turn away.
