My Isle of Misfit Toys at work:

Piston #6 from my 300ZX (about 17 psi of compression before I removed it), the sheared shaft from the saginaw power steering pump in my Cadillac, and pistons 1 and 4 from the air conditioning compressor in my 300ZX (cracked and busted rings and ring lands). I keep them around to remind me that failure is always an option.

Let's see your monuments to entropy!

I wonder how much that affects brake cooling, but it's definitely not my expertise.
There would be a lot of air turbulence anyways, I think there'd be enough convection to perform adequate cooling unless it was a track day.

Hell, its possible that with the right brake pads it could help brake performance.

Got another recall notice in the mail for the Fit.

Still waiting on the drivers' side airbag (two years now, dealership is still waiting on parts...) but it turns out the passenger side airbag replaced a year ago is now recalled and has to be replaced.
