Simplifying the statement. To get money out of a person you've won a civil case against takes months or years if they don't want to pay. Months or years of you employing lawyers and such. There's no immediate reaction of "you lost the case, now you pay them today or you go to jail."
there's always the chance he figures something out with his company and pays her later but at that point there's a lot of factors that would go into the decision
I think the answer is pretty obvious on what you need to do to get paid.

Fuck I hate the smell of coffee. What really annoys the fuck out me is that coffee is socially accepted anywhere. Right now I'm sitting at my desk at work and all I can smell is this extremely strong coffee. It's making me nauseous and stopping me from focusing on work. But nothing can be done because it's coffee, and if you are against coffee then you are wrong. If I sat here with a very pungent piece of food, I'd be ask to leave with it immediately.

Doesn't matter as a smoker you always smell like smoke to a non-smoker. It may not be as strong like it is when you first come inside from smoking but it's always there.
He doesn't. He smokes outside at home & I'm extremely uptight about what he puts whatever jacket he's worn out there on.
It's not bothersome to me so much & I'm a serious hater of cig smoke.
Also, my sister smokes. And it's always been baffling to me (& some friends/family), that anywhere she's lived doesn't smell like smoke. Her clothes, car, etc. It's weird.
I can't stand the smell of coffee from my cappuccino machine after I've made it. The smell is really ridiculous to be around constantly. Same for any smell that you hate. Like women in the workplace shouldn't be allowed to wear perfume! We had this rule when I worked at Remax, & it was sooo nice.
No no. My extremely fussy about smells wife also said I don't stink of cigarette smoke. Plus there are people who work within 12 feet of me that also don't think I smell of cigarette smoke (just asked them).
Also, your sister who is the same as me about smells, says that she doesn't smell it on you.
There are ways to keep clothes clean & free of smells
