no you're not, you don't give a fuck how I feel and no one should

You're right, I'm actually not. :)

The reporters question sets up an entire scenario that includes racism, xenophobia, anti-semetic shit, etc. as the preface to a "question" without backing any of it up, just throws it out there to be accepted as truth by somewhere between 300 million and 7 billion people.

It's a "so when did you stop beating your wife" question. It's bullshit. It doesn't actually deserve an answer at all. "Reporter" should at least feel honored they got a load of bullshit answer instead of none at all.

Because it's undeniable that those things are on the rise and that those things are affecting millions of Americans around the country. It's also undeniable that numerous white supremacist and anti-semitic groups have loudly and proudly cheered his victory and have used it as a validation of their beliefs.

It's nothing like one of those questions. It's a perfectly legitimate question for the president to explain his stance and have an opportunity to denounce those kinds of groups.

His response was to ramble about the election again. It's bullshit that anyone would accept that from any elected official let alone the president and "SAD!" that you would defend it.

and I was more focused on the rambling senile grampa nature of his response

if you think it's an act you've been bamboozled. if you think that's just "politicking" then you have a very juvenile understanding of politics

So cringey omg

To his credit, any question that consumes that many words isn't a question. It's a bullshit, leading, put-a-bunch-of-words-in-your-mouth, editorial load of nonsense that deserves a nonsense answer, which is what it got.
Considering that when you ask him a simple yes/no question he lies anyways, why not go all out?

If they're on the rise, SUPPORT YOUR CLAM.

If they're a result of trump and weren't going for years before that, again, SUPPORT YOUR CLAM.

Come on brony, do this "journalists" job for them.

Most politicians don't lie as often or as blatantly.

You complained that the journalist said too much before the question and then complained that he didn't say enough.

How simple are you?
