and was he a good president? till he got his wang licked

You can't really judge or compare Bill's administration to anything recent. The world is a very different place both security wise but more on the financial side of things. He was a very good President but he also had the benefit of nothing really going on. It's easy to be a good leader during good times. That's why FDR is seen as such a good President because he did everything during very bad times.

wait, you're denying that sex and gender are not the same thing?
Technically they are not. Gender "the state of being male or female (typically used with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones)." Sex "either of the two main categories (male and female) into which humans and many other living things are divided on the basis of their reproductive functions." People use them interchangeably when really they shouldn't be. Like 'gender reveals' aren't technically correct but whatever.

wait you used a double negative I didn't catch the first time so now I'm so confused. I'll just leave this here so that people know they aren't the same by definition :)

It's not psychobabble though - it's a definition a la Webter's Dictionary. I don't use them interchangeably but I've gotten used to so many people doing it that I no longer cringe when I hear people use it wrong :p
