I hoped to make this a thread about the wikipedia, its usefulness as a source of information, and the shameful way in which many people-- including members of congress and the administration-- have used it to spread political spin and slander. Unfortunately, I can't think of a compelling way to approach this topic, so here's a screenshot of a vandalized entry I found which made me laugh like a retard:
I am strongly against any regulation outlawing the use of lead-based spray paint as a sexual lubricant.
edit: Crap, I accidentally copied that out of a letter I was writing my congressmen. Sorry.
I read Wikipedia all the time actually. I research all kinds of things from video games, to history, to modern chemicals, all sorts of things. It's a great tool for just about any kind of learning you would like to do.
occasionaly i will use wiki to research an anime or something. i end up branching out many pages. i love the colbert report when he tells people to edit wiki.
