My old lady's awesome granny.
Whenever her grandkids were little and we're cruising around town she'd always say "look at the workin mens" and point out some construction guys working high up on a building or some guys in a mechanic shop with cars up on lifts.
To this day the kids say, "granny, look at the workin mens" when they see some high-rise construction or generally any man doing man stuff.
They don't say "granny, look at the workin mens" if they see somebody in slacks and a tie selling an insurance policy or programming a computer or whatever.
Those aren't "men". Granny and grandsons like their men to be men.
