when i update my website always shows the cached version

Could it be the way your server is cacheing the info? I know sometimes IIS needs a restart for changed code to be reflected correctly in the website. I would expect other servers might have a similar issue.

If that's the case, then IIS sucks even more than I thought.

btw, I hope you're bouncing the server now, cause it aint loading...

ya lost me, are you saying there would need to be a server reset when i update the code on my site to get things working properly?

i dunno lol it's made 2 own sites are back up now and still dont update uhh guess i should submit a support ticket and see if they have anything interesting to say :p

I loved it when I was a kid, even after I started working in IT.

Then I saw and had to deal with programmers in the office world.....

I can't work with those people.

my c++ professor in college was seriously this 50yo dude with a pony tail that had 20 cats, lived in his moms basement, huge trekky fan, would goto all the cons and bash anything not star-trek like (seriously, one of the movies came out when I was in school and he spent an entire lab talking about how it wasn't true to the original star trek and blah blah blah)...

anyways, thats when I realized there was no way I could program for a living.

he did always make it a point to bash java though, and as it turns out, he was always 100% correct in that.

we were pretty sure he was a cross dresser too.
