Hmm. Seems that submitting high scores in the arcade doesn't work. Score doesn't get submitted, and it just sends you back to the forum main page.

The 60 sec thing is to prevent dirty spammers. I do have other protections in place now though, so I'll change it. The thread descriptions will hopefully be making a return.

On an unrelated note, I've got something to hopefully clean up Ontopic threads coming soon.

Not everytime it seems, at least to me.

But it has happened twice, I assumed I messed something up.
