Inland yes. fuck living on the ocean. Over priced shacks up here unless you spend north of a million. That really changed for the worse over the last couple years with the tax revaluations.

I may buy camp on a lake one of these days. Up here you get a great place for $60,000, dock and everything. I'd love to get a boat too.
