Nope. For now anyway, its public. But you get more bandwidth and file size allotments by using the registered uploader.

It supports larger file sizes and things other than images, like movies and shit. Someone suggested other files be allowed before. It just isn't an option for the embedded uploader, so here we are.
I registered but all my good stuff is at home, have to wait until then to share.
is this just a free for all or do you think it might be prudent to post some rules and regulations/terms and conditions for signing up/using this service. Some random dumbass is likely to use this to swap kiddy porn and you might get caught in legal troubles.

Ya, certainly adjustments will be made, but Im really not worried about you guys and kiddie pr0n yet.
edit: Lemme know if stuff other than images work, as I actually haven't even tried it. lol
It's not "us" I'm worried about, it's the rest of the world since it's an open site at the moment
Its all logged in several places, so I really dare someone to do it. Even if it was registered only, I couldn't stop that from happening. Hell they could do it with the uploader here too...
Right, but by not requiring someone to adhere to a set of terms and conditions for use, I'm worried you might be partially legally responsible for those files getting transferred over your server space whether or not you can locate the party uploading/downloading illegal files. I'm no legal expert so you might be fine with it as is but I'd still be concerned.
