Food UF, whats for lunch?

I'm making some pasta that's flavored and shaped like artichoke leaves, with some artichoke marinara sauce. Trying to recover after this morning's run.
 
I am having a kickass breakfast:

1/2c. Quick oats
3/4c. Vanilla almond milk
1/2c. pumpkin puree
dashes of cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg.

it tastes just like pumpkin pie, but infinitely better for you :drool:
