Yay I have a chainsaw again.
Had to completely disassemble the thing to replace one of the rubber bushings, which was a pain in the ass. And I've got a spacer left over and now I've gotta dig through the parts diagram and figure out where it belongs... hopefully not in there too deep.
Finger injuries are pretty rare with a chainsaw. Leg injuries from dropping the saw after a cut, and upper body injuries from having a saw kick back because you touched the tip of the saw off something, are the big ones. And all manner of injuries from people having branches and trees and shit fall on them.
My mom's a retired ER nurse, she's seen some shit and she was scared when I got this thing.
