In the ~5 months I've had my new job I've been stuck in traffic because of 3 fatal accidents that I know of. At least once a week I see an accident along my drive.
People are dumb when it comes to cars.

Beef bacon!

Beef belly bought from a local halal market, dry cured in Montreal steak spice + Prague powder for a couple weeks, then 3 hours at 220F with maple wood from a tree I trimmed in the backyard last year.

Cooling now, then cracking into it for breakfast tomorrow.
